Product was shipped and arrived in timely manner. Box was a little ragged, but pieces inside were all in tact and looked nice. Piece went together well and looks very nice for a gold storage rack. Very pleased with purchased since it was $20 to $30 more in store.

Never thinking a smashed product would arrive to me after reading the last 2 reviews, sure enough mine arrived as if it had been thrown from a truck! All the pieces smashed or scratched, screws all over the box, missing pieces, and even a random screwdriver !!!!( this item must have been returned from another frustrated buyer) Don't even know what to do at this point as it seems there's no solution except to return (of course having to pay shipping out of pocket). It's a shame as it looks like it would have been nice.

The shipping of this item is horrendous! There is no other box or packing besides the labeled item box that you would pick up in a store. When I received it, it was practically open and torn to shreds. When I opened the box, all the pieces were jumbled together and this had obviously caused scratching and dents during the shipping process. Every single wooden piece (and there are over 12) had scratches and nicks on it. Assembly was ok - all the pieces were labeled nicely. However several of the boards cracked when screwing them together causing items not to fit in their designated slots (from the wood bowing out around the crack). Item was sturdy when put together and the color is nice and rich. If the shipping was better this would be a nice product - perhaps look to buy from another seller. If you're looking for a "new" looking product (without scratches and dings) then you would be better off picking this up from the store rather then having it shipped.

This company sent (and messed up) this order three times, with one being lost in shipping (UPS) and the other two arriving completely smashed (USPS). The company ships this item in the original packaging, and actually put $95.00 in stamps directly on the box when they shipped them USPS. Finally I got the situation partially resolved, by deciding to keep the final broken one. Customer service is terrible, and the wait time on hold is unbelievable.
